Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mails from one mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
